This policy explains what information our games collect and why. It applies to all games published by Debaba Studio Productions, including Glowgrid. Debaba Studio Productions is run by an independent developer based in Qatar. Contact: debabastudio@gmail.com.
The short version
- You don't create an account, and we don't ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Your game progress (scores, levels, rewards, settings) is saved only on your device.
- Our games are free and show ads. Ad partners use your device's advertising ID to show ads and measure them.
- We use analytics and crash reports to improve the game.
- You can limit ad tracking at any time in your phone's settings.
What is stored on your device
Game data such as your best score, level, daily reward progress, chosen skin, tutorial status and play statistics is kept in the app's local storage on your device. We don't upload it to our own servers. Deleting the app deletes this data.
Information collected by our partners
Our games use the third-party services below. They may collect device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple's IDFA, when you allow it), IP address, device model, operating system, language, country, and how you interact with the game and with ads.

Your choices
- Consent: where the law requires it (for example in the EU, UK and some US states), the game asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown. To change it later, reset your advertising ID or email us.
- iPhone: the game asks your permission before tracking you across other companies' apps. If you say no, you still get ads, but they are not personalised.
- Android: go to Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads) to delete or reset your advertising ID.
- Notifications: optional; you can turn them off in your device settings.
- No ads: the optional Glow Pass subscription removes interstitial ads.
Children
Our games are made for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used our game and you want data removed, email us and we will help.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access or delete information about you, or to object to its use. Because we don't keep your personal information on our own servers, most requests are handled by the partners listed above through their policies. Email us and we will help you reach the right one. To delete game progress, delete the app.
Data security and retention
Data sent to our partners is transferred over encrypted connections and kept according to their policies.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
